SERVICE INDEX
From route selection to subscription management, review the service at each step of use. The hero monitor illustrates how routes are organized; it does not show a live connection check for your device.
01 / ROUTING
Reliable access depends on both your local network and the route to your destination. VPNEdit offers a choice of international routes that you can change by region and route type. If pages load slowly during peak hours, keep the destination region and try another route in that region. Compare how pages load and videos buffer. Judge performance by whether the apps you use work consistently, not by a single speed-test ranking. Results vary by carrier and network environment, so test at the times you typically connect and keep a backup route that works well on your network.
02 / SECURITY
Bank-grade encryption helps protect data in transit, but account credentials and subscription links also need careful handling. On public Wi-Fi, confirm the client is connected before using services that require authentication. Treat your subscription link like an account credential; don't share it in public screenshots, shared documents or forums. VPNEdit requires no email address. Create an account with a username and password, and keep your login details safe. An encrypted connection does not replace security checks on the sites you visit. If you see an unusual certificate warning or an unfamiliar login page, stop before entering any information.
03 / DEVICES
VPNEdit allows unlimited devices to be connected at the same time, making it easy to switch between computers, tablets and mobile devices. Install the appropriate client on each device and get your subscription from the user panel. For your first setup, import the subscription and verify the connection on a frequently used device before setting up others. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data; all devices use data from your plan. Check your remaining usage or change your plan in the same user panel.
04 / AI ACCESS
When accessing AI tools, check the required region and account requirements separately. Choose a route that matches the service's regional requirements, then connect and test features such as signing in, chatting and uploading files. Try to stay on the same route during a session; frequent region changes can disrupt it. If the site loads but a feature returns an error, check your account permissions, browser state and the service's announcements. VPNEdit provides a network connection; availability and usage rules for third-party services are determined by each platform.
05 / STREAMING
For streaming, identify the library you want to watch, then choose a route in the corresponding region. Connect and open Netflix, Disney+, YouTube or HBO to check whether the content is available and playback remains stable. Results can depend on the library, account region and platform detection rules; a route's region does not guarantee access to every title. If video quality changes, first distinguish between local Wi-Fi issues, route congestion and automatic quality adjustment before switching routes. See our streaming guide for more on route selection and video quality.
06 / REFUND
VPNEdit offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy, so you can evaluate the service on your own devices and network. After getting started, test the sites, work tools and streaming services you use, and check performance at your usual connection times. To request a refund, submit a ticket in the user panel with the relevant order details and your request. See the refund policy for the process. If you run into connection issues, check the troubleshooting guide first and note the client messages and steps you've tried. Don't include your password or full subscription link in a support ticket.
ROUTE SELECT
Coverage across 120+ countries and 220+ routes. The examples below show popular locations and are not a complete route list. See the user panel for the routes and types currently available.
| Country / region | City | Route type | Streaming check |
|---|---|---|---|
| United States | Los Angeles | Check the panel for IEPL dedicated routes / relayed / direct | Check the US library after connecting |
| Japan | Tokyo | Choose an available type for your network | Check the Japan library after connecting |
| Hong Kong | Hong Kong | Choose an available type for your network | Check your target content after connecting |
| Singapore | Singapore | Choose an available type for your network | Check the Singapore library after connecting |
| Netherlands | Amsterdam | Choose an available type for your network | Check the Netherlands library after connecting |
Choose a route based on the service you want to use and your actual experience. For everyday browsing, start with a familiar region. If a service has specific regional requirements, prioritize those. IEPL dedicated routes, relayed routes and direct routes describe how traffic is routed; the names alone don't determine performance. The same route may also perform differently on different local networks.
When testing, keep other conditions as consistent as possible. Compare routes on the same network, device and app before deciding whether to keep one. If only one app has an issue, check its rules and your account status. If no websites load, check your basic connection and client status first. This helps distinguish route issues from other causes.
Route status is provided as a reference for choosing a route, not as an end-to-end speed test from your device. Check actual connectivity, streaming and work performance after connecting through the client.

After signing in, open the downloads section and choose your device platform. Before using a subscription, check your plan status and import it into the client. Once imported, the client should show a list of routes. Choose one, connect and verify it using a website or app you actually use.
Updating a subscription and updating a client are different tasks. If the route list hasn't changed, check whether the subscription update succeeded. If the app won't launch, check the client and system environment. Don't share your full subscription link publicly or enter your account credentials on multiple unfamiliar sites. Follow the guides and prompts in the user panel for detailed instructions.
TARIFF OVERVIEW
Choose based on data needs, not device count. Monthly plans suit ongoing use; data packages suit irregular usage when you want unused data to remain available.
Monthly plan
¥9.9 /month
A good fit for browsing, messaging and light work. Track your actual usage before deciding whether to move to another tier.
Monthly plan
¥18 /month
For a mix of browsing, file transfers and streaming. If you use multiple devices at once, consider your combined data usage.
Monthly plan
¥28 /month
For streaming and frequent file transfers. Actual data use depends on video quality, file sizes and background activity in your apps.
| Plan | Price | Billing | Data | Devices |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 60GB monthly plan | ¥9.9/month | Monthly plan | 60GB | Unlimited devices |
| 250GB monthly plan | ¥18/month | Monthly plan | 250GB | Unlimited devices |
| 500GB monthly plan | ¥28/month | Monthly plan | 500GB | Unlimited devices |
When you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Check the change details in the user panel before confirming; don't calculate based on calendar months. Payments are supported through Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Check the user panel for your order status. If it doesn't update after payment, verify the order and contact support through a ticket before trying again.
Start by estimating the data you can verify from your own usage. Video quality, file syncing and background updates all affect consumption; the number of devices alone doesn't indicate how much data you'll use. Use the records in the user panel and your usual activities to choose a tier. If you want to keep unused data for occasional use, compare whether a data package better fits your habits.

Check your account, devices and billing rules before setting up a connection.
No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details safe and manage your subscription through the user panel on this site. Before setting up a client, make sure you can sign in. Don't include your password or full subscription link in public screenshots when asking for help.
You can connect an unlimited number of devices at once. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Set up the client separately on each device; data usage still counts toward your plan. Verify the connection on your main device first, then set up others to help distinguish account issues from local configuration problems.
Get both through the user panel; sign in to view your subscription. Sign in to access apps for Windows, Android, macOS and Linux; the iOS option requires an active plan. After importing your subscription, check that the route list appears, then connect and visit the service you want to use. See the getting started guide for steps.
Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date; data packages remain available until used up and never expire. Monthly plans include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Before choosing, consider how often you'll use the service and how much data you need. Mid-cycle upgrades convert the price difference into remaining days. Check the plans page and user panel for details.
First check your basic network connection and plan status, then update the subscription and try another route in the same region. If the issue persists, note your device platform, client message, target app and the steps you've tried, then submit a ticket through the user panel. VPNEdit offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy; see the refund policy for details. Don't share your password or full subscription link while troubleshooting.
