Choose capacity based on actual usage

Video quality, file sizes, background syncing, and device habits all affect data usage. The same viewing time can use different amounts of data depending on encoding and quality. That's why this page doesn't convert plan allowances into a fixed number of viewing hours or downloads. When you first start, test your usual activities and adjust your tier based on the usage recorded in your panel.

Choosing a larger allowance won't solve route issues. If you can connect but pages won't load, connections slow down in the evening, or an app behaves unexpectedly, first check your local network, selected route, and client settings rather than assuming the plan allowance is the problem. For subscription status and validity, refer to the current details in your user panel.

Payment methods and order checks

Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Before paying, check the plan name, billing terms, and amount. After payment, return to the panel to confirm the order status.

Go from a plan to checkout

Select “Choose This Plan” on a plan card to open the user panel. Sign in, review the tier and data terms, then create an order. Monthly plans and data bundles can have very different prices, so compare the billing terms as well as the amount.

For USDT payments, check the network, recipient details, and amount shown at checkout. Don't use an old screenshot or details from another order to enter payment information. Whatever the payment method, confirm the order details before proceeding.

Confirm your order after payment

After paying, return to the original order and check that its status has updated. Then review the plan, data balance, and validity period in your account. Make sure the payment page's confirmation matches the account status. Don't create another order before confirming the result, as this can make reconciliation harder.

Once you've confirmed your plan status, go to client downloads to get the client for your device, then sign in to access your subscription. Follow a guide to connect for the first time, then test access to your usual websites. Treat your subscription link as an account credential; don't post it in public comments or shared documents.

If your payment record doesn't match the order status, submit a ticket through the user panel with the order ID, payment method, and relevant proof of payment. Redact personal information unrelated to the issue from screenshots. Support needs order details to investigate, not your account password.

Get your order details ready

Include the relevant order ID, payment method, and proof of payment. If you have multiple orders, specify which one the request concerns so it isn't confused with a plan upgrade or another payment.

Follow up on your ticket

Check for replies in the original ticket and provide any requested details. See the refund policy for applicable terms. Keep your order and ticket records while your request is being handled; submitting a request doesn't mean the refund has been completed, and don't assume when funds will arrive.

How many devices can I use at once?

How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

Refunds are available within 14 days, no questions asked. Sign in to the user panel, open the support ticket page, explain your request, and include the relevant order details. See the refund policy for full terms. Keep your order records and never share your account password or subscription link.

Which payment methods are accepted?

When does monthly plan data reset? Can I upgrade mid-cycle?

Data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before upgrading, check the plan, amount due, and validity period shown in the panel; don't calculate the prorated amount as a full month.

Do data bundles expire, and where can I get the client after paying?

Data bundles never expire and remain available until used. Get clients and subscriptions from the user panel; sign in to access your subscription. For Windows, Android, macOS, and Linux, sign in to get the client. The iOS entry requires an active plan.
