Service Scope

VPNEdit provides a network acceleration subscription service for cross-border access, supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service provides access to routes and traffic benefits included in the selected plan. It does not include memberships, content licenses, or account access for third-party websites.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. See the Pricing page for plan prices and benefits. Check the billing method before choosing a plan; monthly subscription reset rules do not apply to traffic packages.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials, subscription links, and order information secure, and take responsibility for activity you authorize. Subscription links function as access credentials and should not be posted on public pages or in groups, or shared with untrusted tools.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online simultaneously. This applies to the account holder's own devices under their management and does not permit sharing access with others. Reselling or renting accounts, publicly sharing subscriptions, or repackaging the service as another paid service is prohibited. If credentials are exposed, stop sharing them and check your account and subscription status through the user panel.

Clients and subscriptions are available after login. Windows, Android, macOS, and Linux clients can be accessed after logging in; the iOS access option requires an active plan. Do not use another person's account to obtain subscription benefits that do not belong to you.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to their activities, and must determine for themselves whether accessing a target service is lawful. International routes provide network connectivity only and do not change users' responsibility for the content they access, publish, transmit, or store.

Using the service for cyberattacks, fraud, malware distribution, unauthorized access, intellectual property infringement, or other unlawful activity is prohibited. Do not disrupt route operations, interfere with other users' normal use, or abuse service resources through automation. When accessing third-party platforms, users must also comply with those platforms' account, regional, and content-use rules.

Availability and Limits of Responsibility

Connection performance may be affected by local networks, device settings, carrier routing, maintenance, and the status of target platforms. A route being connectable does not mean every website or app will always be accessible, nor does it guarantee access to a particular content library, video quality, exit identity, or third-party account review outcome.

If an issue occurs, users can first consult the troubleshooting guide and check their network connection and client settings. For interruptions beyond VPNEdit's reasonable control, the service will assist with troubleshooting based on the circumstances, but does not promise a fixed restoration time. Third-party providers are responsible for their own content and transactions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that VPNEdit is required to bear under applicable law.

Restrictions and Termination

In cases such as unlawful use, resale or sharing, malicious disruption of the service, or account compromise, VPNEdit may restrict the relevant access, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account according to the level of risk. Urgent action may be taken first when necessary, with the reasons and handling details provided when circumstances allow.

If you disagree with an action, submit an explanation and necessary order information through a user panel ticket. Do not submit your password or a complete subscription link. Actions should be based on the findings of a review and do not affect users' rights to appeal or other rights under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms and Related Policies

When the service or applicable requirements change, VPNEdit will update this page and revise the last-updated information. Significant changes affecting users' main benefits will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes should not retroactively diminish lawful benefits already accrued. If you have questions, submit a support ticket.
